This is a working public product text. Before commercial launch, operator details, prices, refunds and governing law must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel.
1. The service
OracleAI is a Telegram bot and Mini App for self-reflection: daily rituals, astrology calculations, Tarot, AI-guided dialogue, journaling and gentle practices. It helps you notice a state, formulate a question and choose one low-pressure next step.
2. Age and safety
The service is for people aged 16 and over. You must self-confirm 16+ before personal scenarios. This is not identity verification and is not a request for your date of birth. You may decline and close the app.
OracleAI is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. In a life-threatening, medical, violence or other urgent situation, contact local emergency services and a trusted person.
3. AI and symbolic interpretation
Astrology and cards are used as a symbolic language for reflection. Responses may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, immigration or other high-risk decisions.
Guides do not know an objective future, read another person’s mind, remove a curse for payment or guarantee an outcome. Any next step remains your voluntary choice.
4. Account and acceptable use
Access is provided through Telegram. You are responsible for your account and the information you voluntarily submit. Do not bypass the age gate, access another person’s materials, interfere with APIs or webhooks, or submit harmful content.
5. Memory and materials
Memory is controllable. You decide whether to enable it, review facts and delete them. Do not send passwords, card details or documents that you do not want processed for the selected scenario.
6. Free and paid features
Limits and features may depend on the plan shown before checkout. The price, access period, cancellation and refund rules must be shown clearly. Payment and refunds also follow the applicable provider rules and law.
We do not use fear, threats, urgency or a promise of rescue as a reason to buy. Purchases are granted by server-side verification and idempotent processing.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable because of Telegram, an AI provider, payments, maintenance or events outside the operator’s control. Features, limits and copy may change; material changes should be described clearly with a safe way to leave.
8. Deletion and support
Request account or material deletion at [support/privacy contact]. Ownership may be verified through Telegram. Do not include diary text, tokens or payment data in a support message.
